Refund policy
MyBeautyMax Machine Return Policy
1. Purpose
This policy establishes the terms under which a client may return a machine (device, system, or equipment) purchased from MyBeautyMax, as well as the applicable conditions for refund, replacement, or credit.
2. Return Period

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return, replacement, or refund.

After this period, returns will only be accepted under the manufacturer’s warranty for factory defects (see Section 10).
3. Condition of Returned Equipment
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
a) The equipment must be unused, in its original condition, with all components, accessories, manuals, and original packaging intact.
b) The equipment must not show signs of damage, wear, or improper handling.
c) All included items (cables, connectors, attachments, etc.) must be returned.
d) Missing or damaged components may result in rejection of the return or a deduction from the refund.
4. Return Authorization (RMA)

Prior to returning any machine, the customer must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from MyBeautyMax via email or internal system.

Returns sent without an RMA may be automatically rejected.

MyBeautyMax will provide the correct return shipping address once the request is approved.
5. Shipping Costs and Liability

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error made by MyBeautyMax (e.g., incorrect item or verified defect).

The return shipment must include a tracking number or insurance coverage to ensure delivery.

MyBeautyMax is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit if the return shipment was not properly tracked or insured.
6. Inspection and Approval

Upon receipt, MyBeautyMax will inspect the equipment to verify compliance with the conditions listed in Section 3.

If approved, the refund, credit, or replacement process will begin.

If the product is found to be used, damaged, or non-compliant, MyBeautyMax reserves the right to deny the return or charge a restocking fee.
7. Refund, Credit, or Replacement

Once approved, MyBeautyMax will issue a refund to the original payment method (credit card, bank financing, etc.) within 10 to 15 business days.

For purchases made through Synchrony Bank financing, MyBeautyMax will coordinate with Synchrony to ensure the refund appears as a credit on the customer’s account.

Customers may alternatively request an exchange for another machine or store credit.
8. Restocking Fee

To cover depreciation, handling, and repackaging costs, MyBeautyMax may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the machine’s total price, depending on the returned condition.

The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
9. Exclusions and Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Machines that have been modified, repaired by third parties, or used under improper conditions.

Machines showing signs of operation, misuse, or wear.
-
Consumables, spare parts, and individual accessories (unless part of the full machine kit).

Any product sold as a clearance or final sale.
10. Manufacturer Warranty (Defective Equipment)

Within the warranty period (typically one year), if the equipment presents a factory defect, the customer may request repair, replacement, or full refund — subject to MyBeautyMax’s technical inspection.

Minor issues may be resolved through repair rather than full replacement or refund, at MyBeautyMax’s discretion.
11. How to Request a Return
All return requests must be submitted in writing to:

Customer’s full name and order number

Purchase date

Machine model and serial number

Reason for return

Photos or videos (if applicable)
12. Limitation of Liability and Customer Acceptance

MyBeautyMax shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of income, or consequential losses resulting from the use, malfunction, or return of the machine.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.

MyBeautyMax reserves the right to update this policy at any time, with prior notice for future orders.
