All equipment sold by My Beauty Max includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery, plus personalized technical assistance.

• Training. Please book your complimentary training for eligible equipment. Use by untrained operators may void the warranty.
• What is covered. Repair parts and labor needed to fix manufacturing defects. Warranty service is performed at our facility in Miami, Florida. If a defect cannot be repaired, we may replace the unit or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
• What is not covered. Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications, improper voltage, unsuitable operating environments, natural disasters, power surges, tampering or improper maintenance; accessories, consumables and normal wear and tear.
• Shipping for warranty service. The customer pays shipping to and from our facility, unless otherwise required by law.
• Authorization. Contact us and get written authorization before sending equipment for repair or replacement. Units sent without authorization will not be accepted.
• How to request service. Email info@mybeautymax.com with the subject "WARRANTY REQUEST – (device) – (issue)", your order number, serial number and photos or videos.

My Beauty Max is not responsible for lost revenue caused by downtime during repairs, replacements or shipping. This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
